1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they're placed. You'll receive a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

5. Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

6. Customs & Import Duties

Canadian orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes set by your country. Any such fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your tracking hasn't updated, your package is significantly delayed, or it arrives damaged, please email support@reflectivelacevest.com with your order number and we'll help resolve it.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we'll do our best to help if you contact us quickly after ordering.
