Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Reflective Lace Vest. If something isn't right, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with any tags attached.

2. How to Start a Return

Email us at support@reflectivelacevest.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll review your request and send you step-by-step return instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

3. Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping and the replacement — see Section 6.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days (your bank may take a little longer to post it). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Email us and we'll help you exchange your item, subject to availability.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund — no return shipping cost to you.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund after the timeframe above, first check with your bank or card issuer. If you still need help, email support@reflectivelacevest.com and we'll track it down.

8. Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as final sale and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
