1. Shipping Rates
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic and international shipments.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
3. Domestic Shipping
For orders shipped within the United States, estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days from the date of shipment. We primarily use reliable carriers such as USPS and UPS for domestic deliveries.
4. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to many countries. Estimated delivery time for international orders is typically 10-25 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that international shipping times can vary significantly due to customs processing and local postal services.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: My Comfy Dress is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- Customs Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery directly on the carrier's website.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, My Comfy Dress is not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Carrier delays (e.g., USPS, UPS)
- Inclement weather conditions
- Customs processing delays (for international orders)
- Natural disasters or unforeseen events
We will do our best to communicate any significant delays to you.
7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses
We support shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that these orders will be shipped exclusively via USPS.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@reflectivelacevest.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please provide your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged items, please include clear photos of the damage to the product and packaging. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
9. No Shipping to Restricted Countries
Due to various legal and logistical restrictions, we are unable to ship to certain countries. If your country is not available during checkout, we currently do not ship to that location.
